SM6T39CAY is not compliant for ISO 7637-2 Pulse 5a and 5b

The below mentioned parts are failing for the ISO 7637-2 Pulse 5a and 5b. I have attached the image of the simulation result which we have done for the ISO 7637-2 pulse 5a in that the maximum power is went beyond the rated power of SM6T39CAY TVS diode(SM6T39CAY).

1.) SM6T39CAY

We need the suggestion from the STM Microelectronics for the alternate TVS diode which need to be compliant for the below mentioned ISO 7637-2 standard. The ISO 7637-2 Pulse 5a and Pulse 5b is our critical requirement. The below mentioned standards are our design requirements.

1. Pulse 1
2. Pulse 2
3. Pulse 3a and Pulse 3b
4. Pulse 4
5. Pulse 5a and 5b
