    Dear sirs,

    We are developing a programme for smart card in STR71x board.

    We are currently working with the example code from ST.

    Can any one please let us know that what kind of connections are required to achieve the output.WE ARE USING A SMART CARD(SLE4428) WHICH OPERATES ON A +5V SUPPLY. DOES THIS CARD SUPPORT THE T0 PROTOCOL.

    kINDLY HELP.

    Any kind of suggestions would be greately appreciated.

    Hi,

    There is an application note AN2284 available on the ST web site

    you can refer to section 5 (Page12)SC Reader: Basic Hw For 5v Card.

    And let me know it you still having pb.

    Sir,

    We are using the same circuit but with transistors BC 547 instead of BC 337.Is there any problem.And one more thing is that is it necessary for the card to support the T0 protocol? Is there any specific A2R sequence that we should seek?

    Hi,

    If you are using our software it is necessary that you card support the T0 protocol.

    The A2R structure is described in the pbf file in the following table:
