some queries for TDR004V1

I am an enginner from Shanghai Jiaotong university and working on the RF power amplifier for developing a medical equiment, and found the STEVAL-TDR004V1 is a appropriate reference design for our PA usage. But in actual design process, there are some options cannot clear on the reference schematic. I have list a summary as following and attached the snippet for better illustrate.

1. what is the mean for the caps with N.F ref-designer? is it a variable capacitor? just like C124
2. what is the inductance for the L31 and L30? The L30 is the chock coil with center tap？ can I replace it with two chock coils？
3. are there detail design specifications for the L4 and L50. such as size, turn ratio, rated input and output power？
4. the output of IC300 is 6V base on the datasheet searched in your website, right?
5. Can you tell me the voltage level of BAIS​_T10 and BAIS_T20 when PAON(1) and BAIS(2) left open or connect to ground?
