SPEAr(1340) USB Flashing utility

I need the most recent version of the SPEAr USB Flashing utility that works with SPEAr1340.

Version 3.2.5 is listed on st.com but the download is decidedly not the USB flasher. The previous version download, v2.4, does download but doesn't work with the setup I have. Is there a way to get version 3.2.5 or newer?
