spear600-2 jtag interface

hi, can anyone used jtag interface of spear600-2 before share some experience?

on my board with spear600-2(manufacturer SGS/Thomson, idcode 07926041h), I can detect the correct jtag chain.but I can't control spear600-2's boundary scan cells.

the chip's BSDL file says its DDR2_EN pin must be low to hold the chip working in boundary scan mode, but when I pull low that pin, I can't detect the jtag chain anymore!
