Spice model for SCTWA35N65G2V,STGWA50HP65FB2

Respected Sir/Mam, 

 1)  I am unable to find the spice models of the SiC Mosfet-SCTWA35N65G2V, Can anyone provide the spice model for this IGBT.

and 

2)THE SPICE model given for IGBT-STGWA50HP65FB2 after importing, while running in LTSPICE it is showing the error as time step too small. How to rectify this problem......?
