By mistake in our PCBA, ST 556D4 K148/B IC is used instead of M95256 EEPROM.
now I am searching for ST 556D4 K148/B datasheet.
Can you share the datasheet of this IC ?

The marking 556D4 stands for the M95256-DWDW4TP/K.
