    Hi all,

In our service work I found a ST MCU in TQFP44 package which is marked A2C11776.

Could someone tell me what ST MCU is it. I think it is ST7 family but I'm not sure.

    With best regards

    Stan

    Hi

There should be another marking on the part, like 72????S?T?

Where the first '?' is a letter indicating the embedded memory type (if not it is a ROM product, but this is probably not the case). The 3 next '?' provide the sub-family. S is for 44 pin package. The next '?' indicates the embedded memory size. T is for TQFP package. the last '?' gives the temperature range. Other characters besides these won't be useful.

When you will have identify your product you can find its datasheet on this ST website.

    Best regards

    Laurent

Hi Stan, also read several micros presise equal to yours (st a2c11776) without any success, I have understood that ''a2c11776'' refers to the mask, but masks ST uses, such as Motorola? Anyone know what model is mcu?
