ST Micro part from marking code

I am trying to find ST micro part from marking code given on it. I am sure its a MOSFET or Transistor. Code is as below -

First line: 130 082

Second line: GK088 VU

Third line: CHN 618

Can someone help me to recognize right part number?

BTA08-300BL/11

BTA08-300BL

BTA08-300BL$1

BTA08-300BLRG$1

This are product from our thyristor/triac product group.

Note that thi

s products have been terminated. You won't find any reference on st.com
