[ST10F269]Interrupt Handler is not working

When I develop the digital communication board using the ST10F269, I see the problem.

- Problem: Although the interrupt signal is normal, interrupt handler of ST10F269Z2T3 is not working.

I want to receive the advice about this problem.

Q1) What is the factor of this problem?

Q2) Have you ever expereinced this problem (or similar case)?

The enviroment of development is as follows

- Communication Period: 400Hz (2.5msec)

- Compiler: C166/ST10 (Tasking EDE v7.5)

- The external IC(FPGA) makes the interrupt signal to the P2.9(EX1IN) of ST10F269.
