ST1S14PHR buck 24V/1A with an input voltage 27 to 36V

I was simulating this design, and the eDesingSuite gave me a solution (attached image) that I tested. When I tested the design, I found that I have a 4Vpp ripple, so that's not matching with the eDesingSuite simulation.

Does any tell me what could be the problem?
