    The attachment is a appnotes

    In Page2 of attached pdf , figure1.

    Is it the figure right to connect the vcc with neutral?

    the neutral is AC voltage source, right?

    If yes, is it wrong to connent tpo the vcc ? (vdd pin of MCU)

    This is ok because it is a transformer-less power supply.

    Remember its not isolated, especially if connecting an emulator - use a isolation transformer.
