    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me what the differences between the ST62T25B and ST62T25C devices are?

    Was this just a silicon revision?

    Are they any official documents that detail the differences?

    Please refer to AN975 which shows the differences between ST625X/6x B and ST625X/6X C versions and how to upgrade from B to C version.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I did notice the application note you quoted, but wasn't sure that it applied to the ST6225, since it only refers to the ST625x/6x devices.

    Yes, you are right that the AN975 is for St625X/6X devices but with the same AN,you can know the differences between the B and C version of 6225 device also by neglecting the options/features which are not available in 6225.
