    Hey all,

    I just bought a ST62T65C chip and have a few questions on how to connect it to a serial port on my computer so that I can start programming it. Do I just need the serial connection interface (ie. wire up a serial port directly to the ST6).

    If not, then how do I go about programming the chip without a trainer board.

    You can program the device with the help of EPB(programmer) or with starter kit. Without the programming tool you can't program ST6 devices.

    Cool. That's what I thought - but I was hoping that I could do it without a programmer. I'm buying the starter kit now so, hopefully I'll get things running - Thanks for the help
