    hi friends,

    We are doing a smart card reader based project using ST7 .we want

    to implement IN APPLICATION PROGRAMMING in ST72651.Please send any

    related source code driver or any documents/articles or websites related to the implementation of IAP.

    Hello,

    You can refer Application Note (AN-1576 ) i.e. In-Application Programming (IAP) drivers for ST7 HDFlash or XFlash MCUs . You will get some idea out of it. Application note u can download from this same site.

    Hello Vidhyas,

    ST has already done a reference design that implements the In Application Programming thru the USB (also called Device Firmware Upgrade (DFU) ).

    Now regarding the availability of a firmware supporting the DFU for the ST7265 Full Speed Micro I know that ST has been working on it recently. I'll update you on that soon.

    By the way, did you see that ST has a USB microcontroller dedicated to Smart Card reader application (part # : ST7SCR) ?
