    Hello All ,

    I need to understand something about the Flash programming , STM has 2 Flash technologies , Xflash and HDflash and in the HDflash . Most of the devices are in this technologies , How we can compete with our competitors that puts 10K program memory cycling and we give only 100 ?

    Hello,

    Regarding the cycle time. Well, the 100 cycle restriction is on the HDFlash devices. The XFlash on the other hand supports about 10K cycles.

    The ''ST7 Flash programming refernce manual'' would be a useful read.
