ST72F63BK4M1 burn problem

    I bought two batch of ST72F63BK4M1 and burned a program into them. Burn processes are both ok, but only one batch of the chips can work.

    The workable chips have marks

    ''ST72F63BK4M1

    M990H0427X

    MALAYSIA''

    The other batch of chips which cannot work have marks

    ''e4 B

    72F63BK4M1

    9900L VP

    MYS 99 646''

    Can anybody tell me how to fix this problem. I've bougth too many of them.
