    The last numbers corresponding with the package and programm memory. Page 154 of the ST65x datasheet.

    J = sDip package (from other datasheet of ST [ST72C334]

    6 = 32k ROM

    ST72F561J6 is a ''Future'' products (see ST7 selection guide)
