Are thera any application notes about driving 7 segment displays?

Im using 2 shift registers (4094) and 4 x 7 segment displays.

It's a little old now, but look at the

At the back ( around page 280 ), is a project using 4094's driving LCD's.

I think the code to drive the 4094s is explained and/or included.

You should be able to port this to the FLITE very easily.
