    Hello All ,

I want to use the ST7Lite05 with the Internal RC oscillator and to work with the SCI (RS232) communication .

Do you think that there will be a problem with the communication in several computers because of the accuracy or not ?

Internal RC has an accuracy of 1% as specified into the datsheet.

With RC clock You will have bit sample problems during a receiver session, with higher baud rates. I have used this solution with satisfaction for baud rates lower than 2000 bps.

    Hi,

I'm running at 9600 with no problem.

The only risk is when the supply changes,as this will change the clock freq.

I have tested it from 2.4kbps to 19.2kbps without any problem with internal RC clock.
