    St7lite2

I have a problem with ‘current’ on the ST7lite2 during the first 30 seconds after a reset.

Too save ‘current’ I’m switching from slow to fast mode using an interrupt, which works OK. The problem is that during the first 29 second after a reset, the current slowly rises and then drops and then will stay consistent thereafter.

    Any ideas?

    Hi

Are you sure this is the micro and not due to external components.

Are you using your own target system or an evaluation board from Softec etc?

Works ok using a ST216 instead with the same code on

    Hi,

    Sorry, another question -

Is that with the '216 used on the same target using an adapter?

or the '216 on a different target board?

    Thanks,

    Simon

    I've sorted the problem

I had an unsed Port A (HS) configured as an input. Changing it to a output has solved the problem

I'm still looking at ways of getting around the current used by the LVD on.
