    I 'm having troubles with the microcontroller ST90T40C6. Is there any difference between the ST90T40C6 and the ST90T40ZC6?

    The same program and circuit works fine with the second but the first don't even start

    The ST90T40ZC6 microcontroller has been shrinked from 1.5µ to

    1.2µ technology, becoming ST90T40C6. They should be compatible.

    Please, give more details.

    Maybe there is a difference in the reset circuit because if I force a reset the microcontroller ST90T40C6 starts working again.It just don't start when I give tension

    Do you use a Low Voltage Detector to keep the device reset while the power is not at the good level ?
