ST9+ Visual Debug v6.1.8 windows DLL error user32.dll relocated

    I have been using ST9+ Visual Debug v6.1.8 on WinXP for years now, but now I get a windows error stating that DLL error user32.dll was relocated in memory and application will not run. It states that C:\WINDOWS\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupies the address and it is reserved for windows. This may have happened after a windows update.

    I tried reinstalling the tool chain, but I still get the same error. Please help--I can not wipe the hard drive clean and start over.

    I tried the newer version of the tool chain before when it was released, but I could not get it to run the code correctly. :-[

    This is a Windows problem. A fix can be downloading from Microsoft that fixes the problem. The link is bellow:
