We have a problem with the interface between the uC ST90T40 and the SJA1000 controller:

    - when we switch-on the circuit the first time, the communication between the card and the other equipment through the CAN communications network is right.

    - When we switch-off and switch-on the circuit with a time difference below 2 seconds (aprox.), with some micro controllers the CAN communication is right and with other micro controllers the same function isn’t right.

The SJA1000 is a CAN communication controller and the uC is the responsible for configuring the SJA1000.

The SJA1000 is accessed as a memory from uC using P0DR as alternate function:

Do you know if it's something already known?

    thanks a lot Fiorenz

The problem description is not enougth detailled: did you analyze the Port0 bus signals and the SJA1000 signals during a failure compare with a good device ?

    Sir,

Did you ever find a solution to this difficulty? Sounds like something we just encountered?
