    Hi,

    We have dificulties fixing our emulator probes ST92e16x. We blue up about 10 of those already and we are now stuck because ST is not supporting this probes anymore.

    Usually the problem that we see relates to blowing the USB interface of the ST 92E 160- Chip that is on this board.

    Does someone have any ideas?

    Were I can get this chip?

    Or is there anywhere I can buy these probes?

    You can check this chip on ST.com and contact the marketing office of your region for that.
