ST92F150 current consumption

    On page 374/398 of the datasheet (Rev 1.3 from December 2002), it lists the current consumption numbers for HALT Mode but not for STOP Mode.

    What is the STOP mode consumption ?

    Are the STOP Mode and HALT Mode current consumptions exactly 100% the same ?

    The ST92F150 Current consumption between these 2 modes are not the same.

    For Stop mode, MAX current consumption is 40 uA.

    For Halt mode, TYP is 6uA and MAX is 20uA
