STA2165A DDR ports for RAM testing

Hi there,

I'm currently working on a Boundary Scan project with an old ST2165A device. According the BSDL alle DDR-Ports can only be used as output pins (even the data sginals). This of course rules out any DDR memory test being perfomed by Boundary Scan.

Am I missing an additional setup routine to make those ports bidrectional or are they really just usable as outputs?
