I assume that in the truth table in page 14 of DS14758 Rev 2:

The low & high values in the final column should all be shifted down by one. i.e.

nRST	IN+	IN-	GOUT
L	X	X	LOW
H	L	L	LOW
H	H	L	HIGH
H	L	H	LOW
H	H	H	LOW
