STM32F103C8T6 interface with 0.96 ST7735 LCD

Hi, I bought a module of STM32F103C8T6 with a 0.96" LCD. 

I managed to find the LCD library in Keil MDK. 

However, I am checking of anyone has successfully ported to STM32cubeIDE?

Welcome @mylim, to the community!

Your board is a so-called Blue Pill, which is neither an product of STMicroelectronics nor contains an microcontroller of STMicroelectronics. For years, only counterfeits have been installed there, so the STM32CubeIDE cannot support this.

There are plenty of original boards from STMicroelectronics that you can work with and which are of course supported, e.g. the NUCLEO-32.
