hello,

in the evaluation board schematic the diskon chip 2000 is mapped to 4 different 8kB locations in the memory through various jumper settings.can you tell me why it is done so ?

These 4 memory loactaions corresponds to the 4 possibility of Memory address at which DiskOnChip will be located.

It is not mapped to the 4 adress at the same time. There are only 2 jumpers for memory adress configuration . So you have the possibility to select only one of the fourth configuration.
