Yes and no. We are using a 8051 in between for adding an infrared keyboard and remote control to the PS/2 data stream. But the PS/2 Mice should work directly, too. This might be a hint to you, if you try linux: Old Xfree86 had a hot-plug bug under linux, where it was not possible to plug in a PS/2 mouse after X was up and running. This has been fixed not before Xfree86 4.2.0. Best Regards Uwe
