I am trying to associate date codes of the STPC Atlas part with Errata number 13 in the attached errata list.

Also, this errata indicates a ''bad'' output impedance. Can I get more detailed information? What is the ''bad'' value, what is the ''good' value? Has this been fixed in current silicon? If so what is the date code of the ''good'' silicon?

    Thank you

P.S. The errata is titled ''STPC Atlas Errata List'', Issue 1.0, July 26,2002

This issue waw not linked to the silicon it was a problem of an impedance mismatch on the board. This problem was resolved.

    This is the workaround:

    - Add two capacitors to ground (100pF) on USB D- line after the ESD device USBDF01.

The USB was tested with different devices on the board and it works correctly.
