    I use STPC Elite with WindBond SDRAM (w986432dh-7). I have a problem to configure the SDRAM Controller REGISTER 0 (MEM_ REG0):

    In the MEM_REG0 there are 3 parameters that represent tRP, tRCD and tRC:

    tRP (Precharge to Row Active - called PRA in MEM_REG0) is represented by two bits (Bits 16-15) PRA. In my SDRAM datasheet, tRP has value of 20ns – what value should I set to PRA?

    tRCD (RACTIVE to Read/ Write - called RRW in MEM_REG0) is represented by three bits (Bits 10-

    . In my SDRAM datasheet, tRCD has value of 20ns – what value should I set to RRW?

    tRC (Refresh Cycle Timing - called RCT in MEM_REG0) is represented by four bits (Bits 3-0). In my SDRAM datasheet, tRC has value of 65ns – what value should I set to RCT?

    Thanks

    I suggest that you go the following URL to determine the value of the mem01 register;
