STPC Vega : Finding a tri-state output

    Do you know the default state of GPIO (before initialization).

    I need an ouput in tri-state before bios has finish is initialization.

    After reset, GPIOs are in input. This means that SPTC is not driving it. Depending on what you have on boards, if no-one else is driving it, then it will be in tri-state.

    They remain in this condition until they are initialised, that is when the system needs them.
