STPM3x: Crystal oscillator

Hello,

 

I've outsourced a design based on a STPM33. I've thought the freelancer did a great job during the design phase but the prototypes production were a big failure. Since I've received the boards, I've lost confidence in his skills. I've checked myself most of the design but for the crystal part for the STPM33, I'm struggling to know if he made a good choice.

The design uses an Abracon ABM8W-16.0000MHZ-4-B1U-T3 as a 16MHz clock source + 2x 1pF capacitors. Are these good choices?
