STR710 LQFP 144 reflow temperature

    Hi

    I cant find any information regarding the reflow peak temperature for the LQFP 144 package.

    Please advice?

    I found out that the information is located on the package/box. It seems that we have some in the production that are only 245ºC, and the latest received from the supplier are 260ºC.
