    The STR710 evaluation board uses 2 RAM chips, type no TC55V8200.

    This part is now obsolete. Toshiba do not intend to produce a lead-free version.

    Can anyone suggest an alternative with similar capacity and speed?

    We suggest the following asynchronous SRAM from Cypress:

    CY7C1069AV

    33-10ZC

    TWN0430 A 04

    64010x.
