STR710FR2 and Macraigor Wiggler JTAG trouble with IAR 4.30a

    Good day!

    I build prototipe board with STR710FR2 mcu. Now, I try to use IAR EWARM 4.30a with embOs 3.28h and Wiggler compatable JTAG. Unfortunely, memory (FLASH or RAM) readed as FF from any address. What's trouble? Broken chip?

    Magraigor OCD commander also detected chip, but don't working correctly.

    In attachment wiggler compatable jtag schematic and log files from IAR and Macraigor jtag sessions.
