str711fr2 + debug protection + flash erase

hi,

i have an issue with a str711fr2 which used to have the permanent debug protection set, and i then erased by stupid mistake all the flash. since that i'm unable to get access to the device via JTAG (at least usable access). its configured to boot from internal flash - im using openocd + amontec key tiny - sometimes after an reset i do get the scan chain, can connect, but cant do much otherwise, regs are shown as 0xfff... and flash programming fails. is there a way back into the device by modifing BOOT pins to use RAM instead ? (then disabling the permanent debug protection again ?) - e.g. the question is, do i need to resolder a new str711 into the PCB ?
