STR730-SK/IAR Kickstart Development Board kit

    Does anyone have any experience using this kit that may help resolve why mine doesn't communicate? Everything seems to install OK, the J-Link ICE seems happy, but it can't find anything on the JTAG chain. Looking a bit deeper, it seems that TCK remains permanently high, both out of the ICE and at the board end of the 5V adapter.

    I've tried this on two PCs (W2Kpro & XP Pro), changed cables, fiddled with alternative settings etc. but the end result is consistent failure!
