STR750-EVAL: Joystick example

I work with STR750-EVAL Evaluation Board and Crossworks 1.7.

I have problem with the Joystick example downloaded from ST.

The code loop forever at line

while (pInfo->Current_Configuration == 0) NOP_Process();

I have already read the posts similar to my problem and I tesetd the solution proposed but without success!

When I plug in the usb cable my PC says that there is a device not recognized.

Please help me!!!
