str912 voltages levels (CMOS/TTL)

    Hi every body,

    is it possible to connect STR912 I/Os to low voltage CMOS interface (exemple SPI), and TTL interface (exemple UART),please advise

    Hi,

    As you know the VDDQ voltage range in STR9 is from 2.7 to 3.6V

    Referring to STR9 datasheet:

    -VIH= 2.0v

    -VIL= 0.8v

    -VOH = VDDQ – 0.7

    -VOL = 0.4v

    To be TTL Compliant :

    you must have VDDQ – 0.7 >= 2.4V

    So VDDQ >=3.1v
