Hello.

I want to use STUW81300 to create 9 GHz with great phase noise.
Reference: 50 MHz
PDF:50MHz
Single-Ended

STWPLSim v5.3 was used for the loop filter design.
However, the actual measurements were 3~7dB worse than the simulated values.
All settings seem to have been completed without any issues.
I would like to ask for advice if this difference is normal or if there is something wrong with the design.

Simulation:

-81dBm/Hz@100Hz offset

-94dBm/Hz@1KHz offset

-102 dBm/Hz@10KHz offset

-106dBm/Hz@100KHz offset

-124dBm/Hz@1MHz offset

Measurement:

-77dBm/Hz@100Hz offset

-88dBm/Hz@1KHz offset

-95dBm/Hz@10KHz offset

-103D Bm/Hz@100KHz offset

-120dBm/Hz@1MHz offset
