STVD and STVP parallel port access problem

    Recently, I updated my PC, the OS is using windows XP

    Because of the motherboard haven't parallel port, so I added a PCI Parallel Port(Moschip NM9815). After install the PCI Parallel Port, I can see Device Manager has shown LPT1 and LPT2 in the list.

    When I connect the parallel port to EMU2B development tools or the ST7SCR programming box, all cannot be accessed. STVD response error message said that cannot receive LPT1 message; the STVP response message box once start, said that cannot initalize parallel port.

    What is the problem, and how can be solved??
