Supply voltage for VDDA_ADC

    Hello!

    Is it possible to supply the AD Converter power pin VDDA_ADC with 5,5 V and the other power pins with 5V ?

    Hi.

    You are probably thinking about STR73x family...

    Regarding the datasheet Absolute maximum ratings, the maximum VDDA voltage is VDD+0.3V. So it seems not possible...

    I cannot find any mention about internal coupling so... some diode test between VDDA and other VDD pins may help...?
