Looks a lot like the modules you can get for almost nothing on Aliexpress: TDA2030 Module Voeding TDA2030 Audioversterker Board Module TDA2030A 6-12V Enkel - AliExpress

These have a single-ended supply.

Firstly, please note that the TDA2030A has been discontinued many, many years ago and has not been manufactured by STMicroelectronics since then.

Your photo shows an Asian product that uses the TDA2030A in single supply configuration.
