Testing uPSD3354 via JTAG

    I'd like to be able to program the PSD flash memory and also control the MCU via JTAG for testing purposes. The chip will be connected to an ATE tester with sufficient resources to emulate a JTAG programmer/debugger. I just need to find sufficient documentation on the JTAG instructions/data/methodology to make it work. Is the device specific JTAG information documented anywhere?
