The lifetime of uPSD3200 Flash Memory

    Hi all, I'm using uPSD3234 to develope an application. I want to know the life time of uPSD3234's Flash Memory. How many times can I write or erase the Flash Memory till it fails to read and write correctly?

    Flash memory - 100,000 minimum

    PLD - 1,000 minimum

    Thanks for your reply.

    In my application I want to save a counter in the Flash Memory so that

    I can retrieve the counter after power-down and on. The counter may be

    read and write in an fixed address very offen, so I worry about the

    validity of the counter after a long time running.

    But I think 100,000, as you said, is enough for me.
