It's rather an M24C16-WMN6TP. 16Kbit I²C EEPROM - Vcc range 2.5V-5.5V in SO8N package.
Trace code is identified on 2 lines :
1st line is the truncated commercial product name
2nd line is the field for traceability code. PYWWT : P = Assembly plant Y = Last digit Year WW = Assembly week T = Process technology code)
