try to find info about "GZTH403" (used for read a PIR sensor)

I try to find info (datasheet) about this CI. I can't find anything about this chip. I attach a photo.

This IC is used to read a D203S PIR sensor. I need to made a modification into the circuit for activate the output with the sensor signal and a switch.
